Our backup service is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for making their own backups of web content and emails. Clients must make their own backups for extra security. Web Host King is not liable for any loss of data.
Our backup service run once a week, on a random day over weekends. Only the latest (last week) backups are retained.
Our system is configured to only backup accounts UNDER 10 GB. If your account quota is over 10 GB your account will not be backed up by us. You can however create your own backups via cPanel -> Backup Wizzard.
